Bridges Community Academy is now accepting applications for the
2008 - 2009 school year!

The New Student Admission Form can either be downloaded in
Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word Format, or completed online HERE.
This page contains instructions for all options.

The Bridges Community Academy Admission Process has changed for the upcoming year.

1. Please complete the online admission form or return the complete form to Bridges.
2. You should contact your student’s current district to request copies their records. (This includes any gifted identification testing results, state test results, student transcripts, discipline records and all general student records.) These records will be required before actual enrollment.
3. After obtaining current district records, please call to schedule an appointment to meet with the BCA Staff to discuss possible enrollment.
4. If indicated, the BCA staff may request additional gifted identification testing be performed.
5. Meet with the BCA admission staff for an enrollment conference.
6. If your student is accepted to BCA, an enrollment packet will be given to the parent / guardian. All forms must be returned by the indicated deadlines.
7. The following forms must be completed and returned prior to your student attending BCA:
Original student Social Security card.
Birth Certificate issued by county / state of birth .
Immunization records.
